Michelli Weighing & Measurement in California's fertile Central Valley, outside the agricultural hub of Bakersfield, recently completed the installation of four Centurion Digital Portable Truck Scales, ramps and DD700 Indicators to help their customer tackle the intense demands of harvest season operations.

Three of the four self-contained portable scales and their accompanying ramps were delivered and set up during the dealer's initial site visit, while the fourth and final scale was integrated into the operation just two days later, completing the comprehensive weighing solution driven by CPD-M Load Cells.

This particular agricultural operation specializes in producing premium pistachios and almonds, operating on an efficient seasonal model where the frantic activity of harvest season generates enough product volume to satisfy their entire year's worth of customer demand. With such concentrated production timelines, the temporary but substantial capacity increase provided by these portable scales becomes crucial for maintaining smooth operations and meeting delivery commitments.
