When a waste transfer station needed a truck scale that could handle their nonstop traffic without breaking a sweat, they turned to a scale that boasts over 500 waste facility installations, the Centurion steel deck truck scale.

The local Michelli team recently completed a retrofit installation that proves sometimes the best solutions are the ones that require no foundation modifications. They dropped a 70' x 10' DIGITAL Centurion Truck Scale with steel deck into an existing scale pit, paired it with our DD700 indicator and SuperBright2 remote display.

At this location, residential trash trucks roll in all day from surrounding neighborhoods along with public service vehicles completing their routes. This isn't a scale that gets a breather, and it's the Centurion that keeps the whole operation moving.

The Centurion handles it all while feeding real-time data to the scale house computers, where third-party software takes care of the processing, tracking and invoicing.
