From Order to Operation: Perfectly Timed

Brechbuhler Scales' Cleveland, Ohio branch recently completed another project for a longtime customer. This 100’ x 11’ Analog Centurion Truck Scale is part of an ongoing project of scale replacements. The replacement schedule is carefully planned to ensure operations remain efficient and up to date.

Like most customers, minimizing downtime is a must. The order was received mid-October, and the customer needed the scale to be operational by mid-March. B-TEK worked with BSI Cleveland to get the scale to the customer. B-TEK’s collaboration and support were crucial to the success of this project.

Due to the scale’s size and location under a silo, the installation required a larger crane and creative rigging techniques to position it correctly. Thanks to meticulous planning and teamwork, the process went smoothly from start to finish.
