Talk about customization. Alpha Scales and our engineers did it again! When the Dedham Water District needed to update their weighing system to track the weight and discharge rate from cylinders, they had a list of very specific and unique requirements. B-TEK created a custom dual-scale solution that met their exact needs. The T419 Indicator plays a key role, displaying gross, tare, and net weights on large, easy-to-read screens simultaneously.

The process starts with a filled cylinder on scale 1. As soon as the discharge begins, the T419 Indicator automatically logs and subtracts the tare weight, displaying the net weight. As the discharge continues, the net weight decreases on the display until it reaches zero, indicating that the cylinder is empty. The same procedure can be carried out on scale 2, ensuring precise measurement throughout. This solution enhances efficiency for users monitoring material discharge.
