Most truck scales still rely on analog load cell technology that is functional but lacks real-time communication and fault detection, which can result in lengthy downtime when failures occur. The Patriot takes a different approach.
Designed around a fully digital weighing architecture, the Patriot combines CPD-M digital load cells, the SKYNET DD1010 Windows-based scale indicator and NEXIA live monitoring into a single intelligent truck scale solution. Digital communication from each load cell allows the system to provide advanced diagnostics, improved weighing performance and simplified troubleshooting while maintaining 10 lb legal-for-trade weighing increments.
IntelliCal Technology utilizes built-in algorithms to automatically compensate for environmental variables between calibrations, delivering improved accuracy and long-term measurement stability. QuickRestore Diagnostics & Calibration stores calibration data directly in each load cell and the weight indicator, allowing components to be replaced without requiring scale recalibration — minimizing downtime and simplifying maintenance. The QuickLink Cable System features IP69K-rated field-replaceable load cell cables with stainless steel braided protection, allowing worn or damaged cables to be swapped out without replacing the load cell or requiring scale recalibration — reducing service costs and minimizing downtime.
Patriot's rugged weighbridge features 10" x 22 lb wide flange beams, standard 3/8" tread plate decking, 110,000 lb concentrated load capacity, galvanized baseplates and recessed load cells for exceptional durability in demanding weighing environments. Full-width access covers, foundation cleanout access and jackable gussets make routine maintenance and service faster and easier.
