The Off-Road Vehicle Scale is engineered for sites where standard truck scales are impractical due to vehicle size, terrain, or load requirements. It is commonly used to weigh haul trucks, steel carriers, large utility vehicles and other oversized equipment operating on gravel, dirt or uneven surfaces.

The scale structure is built around massive main beams, cross beams and reinforced deck construction that work together to support concentrated axle loads and total vehicle weights up to 400,000 pounds. This heavy-duty design helps maintain stability under load and supports consistent weight readings even in harsh operating conditions.

Digital compression load cells provide accurate weight data while protecting sensitive electronics inside hermetically sealed stainless steel housings. These load cells transmit weight information digitally, helping reduce signal noise and improving reliability over long cable runs. Integrated surge protection and grounding features help protect the system from electrical disturbances common at heavy industrial sites.

The Off-Road Vehicle Scale can be configured as a single-wide platform or a split weighbridge to match the site layout and vehicle size. Optional wide-flange sight rails provide a clear visual guide for operators as vehicles cross the scale, supporting safe, controlled weighing.
