The Duratron Truck Scale is designed for operations that require a reliable truck scale without the need for costly foundation modifications. Its low-profile design allows trucks to access the scale via shorter approach ramps, reducing installation time and site disruption. This is especially useful at facilities with limited space or existing concrete that cannot be modified.
The weighbridge is available with either an 8-inch field-poured concrete deck or a welded-steel treadplate deck, providing flexibility based on site conditions and traffic patterns. Nine wide-flange main beams support the platform and distribute vehicle weight evenly, contributing to consistent, stable weighments over time.
A parallel link load cell suspension system allows the scale to move naturally under load, improving accuracy and reducing stress on components. The Duratron can be installed above ground or in a pit and can be customized to match existing foundations, making it a practical solution for both new installations and retrofit applications.
