AX200 Axle Scale with Ramps

The B-TEK AX200 Portable Axle Scale provides accurate individual axle weight readings wherever truck axle weighing is needed. By identifying overloaded or underloaded axles, the AX200 supports weight enforcement, load verification and filling applications while helping operators reduce overweight fines and make better use of available payload capacity. With a total system capacity of 60,000 lb, it provides an economical alternative to a full-size truck scale when individual axle weights are required.

Each scale platform uses rigidly mounted load cells with no moving suspension parts to wear, bend or break. Structural I-beam construction and ½-inch tread plate decking provide the strength needed for demanding vehicle weighing applications. A two-component epoxy paint system protects the steel while a stainless steel junction box helps protect wire terminations.

The AX200 features a portable, 6-inch-high design that installs directly on concrete, asphalt or well-compacted gravel without foundation construction. Platforms can be moved by forklift and the included ramps provide convenient vehicle access. Available in 7-foot, 10-foot, 12-foot and 14-foot platform lengths with custom sizes on request, the AX200 can be configured for new installations or changing site requirements.
