The B-TEK Multi-Animal Livestock Scale is engineered with a focus on durability, serviceability and real-world livestock handling conditions. A reinforced structural containment frame resists torsional stress and repeated impact from animal movement while maintaining structural integrity over time.
Corner-mounted compression canister load cells are externally accessible and rated IP68/IP69K, allowing operation in washdown environments without compromising performance. Integrated jack bolts at each corner allow controlled lifting for inspection or load cell replacement without requiring additional lifting equipment.
The standard 8 ft by 12 ft scale supports up to 20,000 lb at 5 lb divisions. Additional scale sizes up to 102 square feet are available to accommodate varying herd sizes and facility layouts. A removable wood deck with a durable rubber mat provides secure footing, helping reduce animal stress while allowing fast deck replacement when needed.
Installation flexibility includes an above-ground containment frame, a permanent baseplate installation or a pit configuration. A reversible heavy-duty door supports left- or right-hand flow and is designed to withstand repeated use in high-traffic environments.
