Details

The warranty covers:

Weighbridge materials/workmanship (excluding concrete) that lead to failure for a period of 120 months from the date of shipment.

CPD-M load cells, load cell cables, junction boxes and DD 700 or Skynet indicator material/workmanship/lightning for a period of 120 months from the date of shipment, provided that all scale components were properly installed and grounded. Wear items, including the load cell upper receiver, lower receiver and anti-rotation pin, are not covered.

The warranty period provides coverage for replacement parts, labor and travel expenses. See reimbursement policy

New replacement indicators will be sent for the first 6 months of the warranty. For the remainder of the warranty period, equipment can be returned for repair, or spare parts/refurbished equipment can be supplied at B-TEK’s discretion.
