SuperSack Stainless Steel Finish Upgrade
This stainless finish upgrade applies to the SuperSack bulk bagging scale frame and must be purchased in addition to the base SuperSack system. Offered in passivation or passivation with electropolishing to improve corrosion resilience, surface cleanliness and long-term performance in demanding industrial or sanitary applications.

The SuperSack bulk bag filling frame can be enhanced with premium stainless steel treatments to withstand rigorous use and frequent washdowns.

Passivation chemically removes embedded iron and fabrication residues, thereby reinforcing the stainless steel’s corrosion-resistant oxide layer.

Passivation with Electropolishing follows the chemical treatment with an electrochemical smoothing process, yielding a mirrored finish that reduces bacterial adhesion and simplifies sanitization.

The SuperSack system is available in configurations from frame-only to complete solutions that include a floor scale and controller.
